I'm Megan Hayward, Founder & CEO of TempGuru, based in Jacksonville, Florida.
I founded my first staffing company at 24 in Denver and Baltimore. Today, TempGuru (TAG) is a W-2 compliant event staffing platform operating across 300+ markets in the US and Canada — 100,000+ workers placed, 2,500+ events staffed, 99% fill rate. I've worked with the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, and NFL stadiums. Beyond business, I serve on the boards of the DuBlasé Foundation, PS 27 Foundation, and the Jacksonville Transportation Authority. I'm a graduate of Leadership Jacksonville and Leadership Florida, and a Hightower Fellow.

I'M AN INNOVATIVE DESIGNER AND DIGITAL ARTIST IN TOKYO. MY PASSION FOR MINIMALIST AESTHETICS, ELEGANT TYPOGRAPHY, AND INTUITIVE DESIGN SHINES THROUGH IN MY WORK.
